DEFINITIONS "You" is in reference to users of this website. Gaining rights assumes that you respect the Terms of Service surefirehire LLC is the owner and operator of surefirehire.com (this website and domain).For use in this agreement, if a reference is made to "we" or us, it is in reference to surefirehire “Service(s)” refers to your use of surefirehire.com. "Service Providers" refers to provider(s) of a Service. "Employer(s)" contract Services from Service Providers "Opportunity" is a term used to describe postings or projects on surefirehire. OVERVIEW This Terms of Service (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions which apply to your use of the surefirehire.com website and all services offered by surefirehire. By completing the online sign-up process you are indicating that you agree to be bound by all of the terms in this Agreement. Please print and keep a copy of this Agreement for your records. We reserve the right, at any time, to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to your subscription. Such changes will become effective upon notification, which we may effect by sending you notice by email and posting a revised Agreement on this website, which you can access at any time using the "Terms of Use" link. You agree to review this Agreement periodically to be aware of any such revisions. You must be of age to hold employment as according to applicable laws and regulations. If you will employ service providers, it is your responsibly to fulfill legal, accounting, and tax laws, where applicable.
By using surefirehire.com, this constitutes your agreement to comply with the Services provided. If you wish to maintain membership and use of surefirehire, you must comply and agree to all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. surefirehire reserves the right to suspend any account, if terms of service are not met.
DISPUTE SETTLEMENT surefirehire is not responsible for solving disputes between Service Providers and Employers.
CONDUCT You agree to meet the following conduct requirements, while using surefirehire's Services: a. Abide by confidentiality agreement between you and other Service user. b. Refrain from posting opportunities that are in bad taste. c. Refrain from harassing other users. d. Service providers will pay commission fees within the set guidelines. e. Employers will promptly pay for Services provided by a Service Provider, once Service has been provided. f. Refrain from shill bidding on auctions
SERVICE PROVIDERS Service Providers pay no fees to surefirehire.
EMPLOYERS Agree to pay the Service Provider directly once Services(s) have been provided.
INFORMATION MONITORING AND REMOVAL We reserve the right to monitor any postings, data, uploaded data, or any media stored on surefirehire; however, you are solely responsible for any information posted on surefirehire. If we deem the content unacceptable, we reserve the right, but are not obligate to remove the content.
TERMINATION OF ACCESS TO SERVICE surefirehire may, in our own discretion, terminate or suspend account access for any reason. By using our service, you agree that we are not responsible for the removal of the Service.
By agreeing to this Terms of Service, you are giving surefirehire permission to send you email communications and electronic communication.
