This section provides frequently asked questions for general topics. Q: How much does surefiirehire charge? A: Service Providers pay NO fees to surefirehire. Employers do not pay any fees to surefirehire. Q: Are there any fees associated with signing up? A: There are No Fees with signing up. In fact, we even encourage you to tell all your friends too! Q: Do you provide Escrow? A: At this time we do not support Escrow. Q: Is surefirehire a hiring agency? A: surefirehire does provide a platform for hiring freelancers; however, we are not a hiring agency. We suggest that you place an add, for free, in order to attract hiring agencies to your posted opportunity. Q: My Opportunity is missing from the list. Where did it go? A: After an Opportunity Posting has ended, the Opportunity is moved to a status of "Opportunity Closed" status. Use the drop-down list at the top of the Opportunity list, to select the Project Status that applies. Q: Where can I see my ratings? A: Locate Horizontal Menu > My Account > My Ratings Tab Q: What does the value of "Listing has Ended" mean in the "Time Remaining" column? A: Once the time has expired on the listing, the status will change to "Listing has Ended". The opportunity will move from "Active Opportunities" to "Completed Opportunities". |
